Anushka obtained a Bachelor’s in Information Technology Engineering at the University of Pune where she graduated with flying colors. Then she completed her Master of Business Administration with three specializations (System, Finance & International business) from University of Pune. Currently she is doing research in field of “Innovation Management”

She is working as a Head – Incubation center and Mobility in Kirloskar Systech Limited (KSL).She has industrial experience of 9+ years in IT and Manufacturing industry. She has explored and worked across multiple technologies and platforms. She has been identified as a High Potential Employee in Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL). She is a member of Innovation Council in KBL and works in applying Design Thinking (DT) methodology for different processes across KBL. She is similarly working on different cross functional projects and products.

She is associated with Deepastambha since its inception. She is the Trustee of this 8 years old organization. She has contributed in setting different systems, processes and policies in Deepastambha that has helped the organization to set different benchmarks. She is also involved in taking up innovative projects, which includes process improvement and professional implementation.

She enjoys music, dance, badminton, being with friends and reading. She likes to participate in social and cultural activities.

Anushka is a member of the Shembekar Family, which is a reputed and well known family as grapes grower.
